PROGETTAZIONE E COSTRUZIONE DI:
Filtri di aspirazione piumino da utilizzare, per purificare l’aria, negli stabilimenti di filatura e tessitura, nei maglifici, ecc. dove la lavorazione dei filati e dei tessuti produce notevoli quantità del detto piumino.
I filtri sono di nostra progettazione e produzione e sono certificati CE.
 
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF:
Suction filters for residual material used to purify the air in spinning and weaving plants, in knitwear factories, etc., that is in places where the manufacturing of yarn and textiles produces big quantities of residual material. Our filters are designed and built by us and are EEC certified.
 
       
FILTRO modello F500R (collocato a terra).
Il filtro è facilmente posizionabile in ogni ambiente perché è munito di due ruote piroettanti. Il filtro è composto da tre gruppi principali.
 
1) Un elettroaspiratore potenziato
2) Un cilindro metallico microforato
3) Un filtro di ritegno in tessuto.
 
Il cilindro microforato serve a trattenere il piumino aspirato il quale, depositandosi, forma uno strato facilmente rimovibile.
Il filtro di ritegno serve a ritenere le particelle di olio che filati e macchine immettono nell’aria durante la lavorazione.
Questo filtro ha anche la funzione di ritenere parzialmente l’aria filtrata in modo da evitare che la stessa provochi vortici.
 
FILTER, model F500R (to be placed on the ground).
Thanks to its two casters, this filter can easily be positioned in any environment. It is composed of three main units:
 
1) an expanded electrical aspirator
2) a microperforated metal cylinder
3) a fabric restrain filter.
 
The microperforated cylinder serves to retain the aspirated residual material which, when depositing, forms a removable layer.
The restrain filter serves to retain the oil particles put in the air by the yarn and the machines during operation.
This filter also partly retains the filtered air so as to avoid vortexes.

 
F500R: FILTRO DI ASPIRAZIONE PIUMINO

FILTRO F500S (sospeso al soffitto)
Ha le medesime caratteristiche del filtro F500R ma non è dotato di filtro di ritegno dell’olio.
È particolarmente adatto negli stabilimenti con spazi limitati in quanto appeso al soffitto non da problemi di ingombro fra le macchine.
 
FILTER, model F500S (hanging from the ceiling)
This model has the same characteristics as the model F500R, but without the oil restrain filter.
It is best suited for plants with little space as they hang from the ceiling and do not occupy space between the machines.
 
MANUTENZIONE dei filtri
Periodicamente o comunque quando si vede che il piumino ha formato uno strato sul cilindro microforato è necessario provvedere alla pulizia. È sufficiente spazzolare il cilindro con una scopa o attrezzo simile. Per il filtro F500R è anche necessario periodicamente sostituire il filtro di ritegno con uno nuovo. Entrambe le operazioni sono molto semplici e richiedono pochi minuti.
 
MAINTENANCE of filters
The filter must be cleaned periodically or when there is a layer of residual material on the microperforated cylinder. Simply brush the cylinder with a broom or similar tool.
For the filter F500R it is also necessary to periodically replace the restrain filter with a new one.
