Attraverso un processo di rullaggio automatico, che semplifica e ottimizza la lavorazione, le macchine rinvigoriscono, snervano e arricciano prodotti ittici quali polipi, totani, piovre, calamari, ciuffi, seppioline, ecc. I cicli di lavorazione possono essere effettuati da chiunque, senza alcuna difficoltà o pericolo per l’operatore poiché le macchine sono sicure sia per la parte meccanica che per quella elettrica.   MACHINES FOR ICHTHYIC PROCESSING We design and produce these machines, which are built and certified according to EEC standards. Through an automatic rolling process that simplifies and optimizes the processing, the machines reinvigorates, enervates and curls such products as octopus, tattler, squid, cuttlefish, etc.. The machine is mechanically and electrically safe, so that anybody may execute the working cycles without difficulty or risk for the operator.

Portello superiore, di immissione prodotto, con microinterruttore di sicurezza e pistone, a gas, di bloccaggio apertura. Oblò di scarico, diametro 300 mm, a tenuta stagna. Illuminazione interna opzionale. Temporizzatore programmabile. La macchina è di semplice e sicuro utilizzo perché il carico viene effettuato dall’alto, con l’aspo sempre immerso, e può essere messa in funzione solo a coperchio chiuso. Al termine della lavorazione, si estrae l’aspo con un semplice gesto, quindi si scarica il prodotto. A RICHIESTA è possibile adattare la macchina alle necessità del Cliente.   VERTICAL ICHTHYIC REINVIGORATION MACHINE RV 350 The frame, tank and jolting device are all in stainless steel. Switchboard on the panel. Direct electromechanical operation. Upper hatch for input of product with safety microswitch and gas piston for hatch locking. Unloading porthole with seal, with 300mm diameter. Optional inner lighting. Programmable timer. The use of this machine is simple and safe because it is loaded from the top, the jolting device is always immersed and it can only be operated when the cover is closed. At the end of the operation, simply pull the jolting device and unload the product. UPON REQUEST, it is possible to adapt the machine to the Customer’s needs.
